CHAPTER 8
TRAFFIC ORDINANCES
8.01 STATE TRAFFIC LAWS ADOPTED. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, the statutory provisions in Chapters. 340 to 348, Wis. Stats., describing and defining regulations with respect to vehicles and traffic, inclusive of any provisions therein relating to penalties to be imposed and exclusive of any regulations for which the statutory penalty is a fine or term of imprisonment, are adopted and by reference made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by any statute incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this chapter. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutes incorporated herein are intended to be made part of this chapter in order to secure uniform statewide regulation of traffic on the highways, streets and alleys of the State.
8.02 SPEED LIMITS.
(1) STATE SPEED LIMITS ADOPTED. The provisions of § 346.57, 346.58 and 346.59, Wis. Stats., relating to the maximum and minimum speed of vehicles are hereby adopted as part of this section as if fully set forth herein, except as specified by subs. (2) and (3), pursuant to § 349.11(3)(c), Wis. Stats.
(2) SPEED LIMITS DECREASED. The speed limits are decreased upon the following streets as follows:
A. 25 mph. In the located known as "Albertville", on 35th street, formerly known as Albertville Road, from the Northern boundary of the area to the southern boundary of the area.
8.03 STOP SIGNS.
(1) PERMANENT. Official stop signs shall be erected to control traffic on the following streets:

2. SW corner of 122nd Avenue (Valley View Road) at its intersection with 125th Avenue (Dallmon Road).

4. NW corner of 110th Street (Wentland Road) at its intersection with 20th Street (Scenic Road).
5. SE corner of 42nd Street (New Road) at its intersection with 100th Avenue (Schindler Road).
6. SE corner of 100th Avenue (Meinen Road) at its intersection with 70th Street (Townline Road).
7. NE corner of 50th Street (Phieffer Road) at its intersection with 100th Avenue (Schindler Road).
8. NW corner of 82nd Avenue (Lang Drive) at its intersection with 40th Street (Syverson Road).
9. SW corner of 30th Street (Ellis Road) at its intersection with 90th Avenue (Goulet Road).
10. SW corner of 90th Avenue (Young Road) at its intersection with 13th Street (Fraizer Road).
11. NW corner of 13th Street (Fraizer Road) at its intersection with 80th Avenue (Peterson Drive).
12. NE corner of 17th Street (Davis Road) at its intersection with 80th Avenue (Peterson Drive).
13. NE corner of 25th Street (Anderson Road) at its intersection with 80th Avenue (Peterson Drive).
14. SE corner of 82nd Avenue (Wright Road) at its intersection with 35th Street (Albertville Road).
15. NE corner of 35th Street (Albertville Road) at its intersection with 90th Avenue (Goulet Road).
16. NW corner of 80th Avenue (Myer Road) at its intersection with 35th Street (Albertville Road).
17. SE corner of 80th Avenue (Myer Road) at its intersection with 40th Street (Syverson Road).
18. NW corner of 82nd Avenue (Michel Road) at its intersection with 40th Street (Syverson Road).
19. NW corner of 75th Street (Elk Creek Road) at its intersection with 40th Street (Syverson Road).
20. SE corner of 80th Avenue (Michel Road) at its intersection with 50th Street (Phieffer Road).
21. NW corner of 80th Avenue (Suvada Road) at its intersection with 50th Street (Phieffer Road).
22. SE corner of 85th Avenue (Goettl Road) at its intersection with 70th Street (Townline Road).
23. Any and all stop signs presently in existence in the town which are not specifically set forth above.
