The Town of Howard requires building permits and is covered by the State of Wisconsin Uniform
Dwelling Code (UDC). Chapter 5
of the Town Ordinances covers town requirements under the UDC. The Town of Howard also has a Minimum
Standards Housing Code Ordinance
Chapter 12.
